The Tax Development Journal's unique format provides a rapid turn-around time from submission to publication, a worldwide, multidisciplinary audience, and a welcome absence of both page limits and quotas. Articles are reviewed by a panel of distinguished practitioners and academicians on a double blind basis. The selected articles are edited by Cal State Northridge graduate students with substantial work experience in various fields in taxation.
