Services Offered Csunvita on  08/03

The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program is a student organization providing free professional tax preparation to low-income individuals and families throughout the San Fernando Valley.  The program also provides specialized services for senior citizens, non-English speakers, and the disabled.

Due to the large number of individuals desiring assistance, the program has set a $50,000 maximum gross income limitation per income tax return for those seeking help.  Married couples filing joint returns must have both spouses present when tax returns are being prepared.  Our VITA program is designed to assist taxpayers with basic problems on their 2007 income tax returns.
